Will the out-of-home delivery market in Germany develop in the same way it has in Poland?
Despite Germany inventing the parcel locker way back in the early noughties, it has been neighbouring country Poland where parcel locker networks have really kicked off.
Things are changing in Germany though, and the country now appears to be well placed for a rapid extension of its parcel locker networks.
In this latest video, co-hosts Marek Różycki (Last Mile Experts) and Gary Winter (Quadient) discuss why Germany has been slower than Poland to embrace lockers.
The industry experts also offer their thoughts on whether Germany’s network of lockers will develop in a similar way to Poland’s.
