Our Honorary Chairman, Claes Osterberg is a highly experienced leader with several Board roles and wide ranging logistics experience with Du Pont, Swedish Railways, Sweden Post and GeoPost/DPD. He has proven himself to be an inspirational leader and person of impeccable integrity. Much of what we do is based upon the values he has shared with our Managing Partner while he was his superior and mentor at DPD group.
Marek Różycki

Managing Partner, Advises clients on strategic and commercial matters with a focus on e-commerce (especially PUDO's & Lockers) and M&A related activities. He has been part of the start-up team in Poland for DHL, Coopers & Lybrand, Allied Domecq, Grand Met. Monsanto (Poland & Ukraine). As CEO of GeoPost CSEE, he created a region of 16 countries under the DPD brand. Until 2015, he was VP Amazon Logistics EU. Marek also created Masterlink Express in 1991, now DPD Polska, the leading domestic CEP operator. He is or has been a Board advisor to many companies, including InPost, eMag/Sameday (RO,HU), Trendyol (TR) and Tehnomania (SRB).
Mirek Gral

More than 30 years in courier business starting as a courier, managing several projects in Poland and abroad, and finishing as COO for UPS Poland. While at MS Stolica, he has worked with several companies including OCS, Airborne Express, Fedex, Aramex and GDA. In 2005 Mirek joined UPS following the acquisition of Stolica. As an Industrial Engineering manager, he coordinated the integration of the networks, including operational procedures and systems implementation. In 2011 he joined the UPS EMEA Regional team, as Industrial Engineering coordinator for the Kiala integration. Mirek developed processes, procedures and operational trainings for Kiala PUDO (access point) network integration with UPS. Since 2015, as COO, he was responsible for a wide range of UPS operations across Poland including pickup and delivery, transportation, sorting facility, air operations, customs brokerage and health & safety. Mirek has deep knowledge and understanding of last mile, cost structures and process optimisation including specialist PUDO knowledge.
ROSITSA CHOPEVA

Rositsa Chopeva is partner in Last Mile Deals, specializing in corporate finance and M&A transactions in the e-commerce logistics and last mile sector. With more than 17 years’ experience in finance, Rositsa has negotiated numerous sell-side and buy-side deals and attracted more than 90 million euros from private equity and mezzanines funds. Her career included senior roles in the corporate finance field such as investment manager of Impala B.V (one of the largest food holdings in Eastern Europe) and Project Finance Manager within UniCredit Group S.P. Rositsa has deep knowledge and understanding in financial analysis, valuations, and M&A process, she has reviewed and validated numerous investment projects and further attracted funding for their development. Rositsa holds degree in International Finance from the University of Portsmouth, UK and is also a member of ACCA (the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants and one of the most recognizable acronyms in the financial world).
Damian Jarosz

Advises clients on processes, projects, operations and Client’s/User’s Experience of IT tools. He hold senior managerial positions in DPDgroup (2004-2020) and Raben Group (1998-2003). The majority of his projects and activities took place in 10+ countries of Central, Southern and Eastern Europe as well as BeNeLux, France and Switzerland. In the scope of last mile, Damian led the projects: Predict in the Cloud (World Mail Awards 2015), Follow My Parcel and 2 generations of courier software for Mobile Delivery Units (MDU). In 2019 he was a certified AgilePM Practitioner by APMG International.

Tony advises clients on all areas of Last Mile solutions. As CEO he led all aspects of the establishment and launch of InPost Canada Inc. Previously, Tony served as the Vice President of Partnerships at GoForDelivers.com where he was responsible for identifying and prioritizing partner opportunities, executing campaigns and events, and measuring the success of partnerships. He also worked as the Senior Director of Business Development at Metroscg.com, where he defined and executed the eCommerce vision and branding and marketing strategy. Tony is an innovator who is constantly thinking about ways to take his service to the next level. He is an expert at maximizing business results through people, processes, and projects that count. He is dedicated to improving the customer experience and is always on the lookout for innovative solutions to drive business growth. Arkadiusz Kawa

Advises clients on market research, industry analysis, and business strategy with focus on CEP and e-commerce. Arkadiusz is a professor at the Poznan School of Logistics. He was Managing Director of Łukasiewicz - Poznań Institute of Technology, and Managing Director of Łukasiewicz - Institute of Logistics and Warehousing. He is the author of 300 scientific and popularisation papers. He has delivered over 70 projects for organisations, such as: Polish Post, Landmark (bPost), Volkswagen, GS1, DHL, UPS, DPD, Deloitte, A.T. Greg Krupa

Greg has more than 25 years of senior management experience, working in CEP operations, developing business for companies such as Kuhne and Nagel, Air Cargo Poland and DPD. As Administrative Director at DPD Poland, he has built or adapted over 60 logistics HUB’s and depots. As International Department Director at DPD Polska and Vice President of Air Cargo Poland, he managed many international projects resulting in the creation of new services or optimisation of existing ones – to mention a few, the setup of FedEx operations in Poland, creation of road service between Baltic Rim countries or the first regular road service from main European countries to Russia. As an LME Affiliated Consultant, Greg has advised on, and implemented many new services including international e-commerce pickup & distribution system and international C2C operation for a leading postal organisation.

Felipe is a professional with 11 years of experience in Postal Relations and International Cooperation, playing different roles such as negotiator, researcher, and advisor on Politics & Economic Development. Armed with a Master's in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics and a Master's in Political Science from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence. With a diverse skill set acquired through hands-on experience in multilateral educational and postal organizations, logistics companies, and government relations, Felipe has established himself as an expert in the field. As the Head of International Relations at Correos Chile, where his contributions were instrumental in developing the company's global positioning on multilateral and bilateral relations. From negotiating terminal dues agreements to leading the Chilean delegation in the UPU and PUASP, Felipe played a pivotal role in technical cooperation policies and stakeholder relationships.

Greg is an expert on the last mile and supply chain professional. The previous head of the transport & logistics competency hub in PwC and the head of Marketing and Revenue Management in UPS. The expert in complex transformation projects from strategy to implementation with a special focus on digitalization, automation of processes and automation of last mile deliveries. Greg supported more than 15 parcel and postal operators in strategy, sales, network design, automation, and M&A transactions including PUDO/APM strategy, APM expansion, APM technology and APM network geolocation.
